| 职位描述及要求 | |
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop test/repair programs to test/repair DRAM Memory chips. - Understand failure mechanisms, develop models and work with an extensive network of technologists worldwide (waferfab sites, chip designers, process engineers, application specialists) to improve product quality, reliability and yields. - Initiate new products/technology start-up and perform extensive characterization of new devices. - Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure that they are contributing effectively to company objectives. - Work closely with manufacturing staff and customers to realize output and quality goals. - Responsible for test time reduction, burn-in hour reduction, flow simplification and cycle-time reduction.
