| 职位描述及要求 | |
Job Duties 1.Assessing supplier capabilities across several manufacturing disciplines such as Machining, Metal, Plastic, or Ceramic Fabrication, Welding and Joining; Electromechanical Assembly and Test; Plating, Anodizing, Coating, Painting, and Cleaning. 2.Determining supplier available capacity and identifying constraints. Work extensively with supplier to improve capacity and elevate efficiency of manufacturing process. 3.Assessing production management, quality management, and supply chain management capabilities. 4.Identifying and determining the root cause of supplier problems 5.Identify and develop second supplier sources 6.Working with suppliers to improve their performance and their capabilities 7.Certifying supplier capabilities 8.Developing and introducing new techniques to assess and improve suppliers Job Requirements Knowledge: Minimum of five years experience in manufacturing such as machinery, casting, engineering system industries in a technical capacity. Skills and Abilities: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese Lean manufacturing Use of Statistical Methods in quality improvement Presentation Skills Analytical skills Leadership Change management Education and Experience: A BS degree in an Engineering discipline, physics, or materials science. Prefer advanced degree in engineering or machinery, casting,. Five years Operations management/supervision experience preferred.
