| 职位描述及要求 | |
Serves as a customer expert for all Global Relo & Expatriate Tax processes to ensure appropriate vendor response times and accurate/appropriate policy administration. Monitors vendor progress of all cases to ensure business continuity and vendor adherence to established SLAs/SOWs. Acts as a business partner to the line management and HR, provides status reports, and ensures Applied‘s Global Relocation policies and processes are adhered to. Administers processes and procedures for Global Relo and Expat Tax in alignment with Global Relocation Programs and Tax Equalization Policy and guide customers through the Global Relocation and Expatriate Tax process. Makes suggestions for process improvements, process documentation and execution of Global Relocation & Expat Tax processes. Key Skills Required: Analytical, Results Oriented, Customer-Oriented, self initiative, excel, MSword and powerpoint skills, HR and Relocation preferred.
